Minnesota FFA Foundation Board of Trustees Elections

“Minnesota FFA is an outstanding program that offers so many opportunities for youth to develop career and leadership skills focused on agriculture. This year more than 40,000 Minnesota high school students are exploring agriculture, food and natural resource topics daily. The Minnesota FFA Foundation supports the important work of agricultural education and FFA by securing strategic partnerships and financial resources. I am honored to be part of a great team of people who are committed to growing resources to support Minnesota FFA program for all youth,” shares Pat Dingels, recently elected Minnesota FFA Foundation board chair.

The Minnesota FFA Foundation Board of Trustees held elections to lead their efforts. Elected to serve as chair – Pat Dingels of Redwood Falls, chair elect-Julie Tesch of Waldorf, past chair- Lara Durben of Buffalo, secretary-Patrice Bailey of Maplewood, treasurer- Staci Martin of Waterville and executive sponsors board chair – Gary Sloan of Lake Elmo.

Newly elected to the Minnesota FFA Foundation board of Trustees – Jenny Doering of Mapleton and Nathan Purrington of Ada.
These new board members join current board members: Patrice Bailey of Maplewood, Jessica Daberkow of Lakefield, Pat Dingels of Redwood Falls, Lara Durben of Buffalo, Peter Grundman of Minneapolis, Mark Jirik of Detroit Lakes, Emma Kuball of Waterville, Staci Martin of Waterville, Bruce Mathiowetz of New Prague, Paula Mohr of Anoka, Natasha Mortenson of Danvers, Joe Serbus of Bird Island, Zane Sheehan of Minneapolis, Gary Sloan of Lake Elmo, Jasmine Stringer of Edina, Julie Tesch of Waldorf, Mat Vaupel of Racine, Valerie Velde of Roseville and Gary Wertish of Renville. Foundation staff include Amanda Sommers of Waseca and Val Aarsvold of Altura.
