Albert Lea Girls Hockey beats Minnesota River 4-1, listen back to the game

The Albert Lea Girl’s Hockey team traveled to LeSueur Tuesday night and beat Minnesota River 4-1.  Minnesota River jumped out to a 1-0 lead early in the first. Late in the first period, Mika Cichosz with her 10th goal of the season tied things up at 1.  In the 2nd period, Albert Lea would add 2 goals, Keira Erickson with her first goal of the season, and Haley Austinson with her 5th goal this year.  Sydney Kolker would wrap up the scoring in the 3rd with her first goal this year.  Albert Lea outshot Minnesota River 34-10.  19th ranked Albert Lea is now 6-3 and will host 6th ranked Dodge County on Saturday at 7:15.  Listen back to the game below, with KATE Sports Director Aaron Worm
