Albert Lea Girls Hockey gets top seed in Section 1A

The Albert Lea Girl’s Hockey team will begin their quest for their first ever Section title on Saturday. Tigers as the top seed will face the 4th seed Winona on Saturday at 7 at home. Tigers are 12-10-1, Winona is 0-17. Tigers beat Winona 7-1, and 6-0 this year. 2nd seed is Austin they will host 3rd seeded Waseca on Saturday. Winners will meet on Thursday February 17th in the Section Finals at 5 in Owatonna.
