Douglas M. Blouin, 61, of Ellendale, MN passed away December 8, 2021 at his home. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 2pm at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home, Albert Lea. Reverend Kyle Smith will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Wednesday (12/15). Burial will be at 1st Lutheran Church Cemetery, Ellendale, MN.
