Fried Pickle Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup drained and chopped dill pickles, divided, plus 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice (from 1 [16 ounce] jar)
- 1/4 cup seasoned panko (Japanese-style breadcrumbs), toasted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- wavy potato chips (such as Ruffles®), for serving, plus crushed chips for garnish

Gather all ingredients.
Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, and 1/2 cup of the pickles in a medium bowl until smooth and combined.

Cover and chill dip at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving, about 30 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with panko, dill, crushed potato chips, and remaining 1/4 cup pickles.
Serve with potato chips.
