• 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest


  1. Place ice cream, frozen lemonade concentrate, and lemon zest in the jar of a blender, and blend until smooth. Divide into 4 glasses, and serve immediately.

    Cook’s Note:

Put your own spin on this frosted lemonade by using a different flavor of ice cream–strawberry would be delicious–or adding another cooling kick of flavor with fresh mint leaves. You can also give this frozen drink the “grown-up” treatment by adding a splash of vodka.
