Albert Lea Boys Golf traveled to Owatonna Country Club to play in a conference meet against Owatonna, Rochester Mayo and Northfield. The team took last place on a day when the course was presenting a serious challenge on the greens. The boys finished with a team score of 357 while taking scores from Tucker McKinney and Drew teeter who both shot 85, Noah Teeter who came in with a 92 and Tim Chalmers who carded a 95.
The team looks to finish the regular season on a high note when they host Red Wing at Green Lea Golf Course on May 20th.

USC Boys Golf 3rd at FBA

The USC Rebel boys’ golf team participated in their fifth Gopher Conference meet on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at Faribault Golf Club on a pretty nice day for golf.

The low score for the day, and shared medalist honors, went to Bethlehem Academy’s Brayden Larson, Blooming Prairie’s Colin Jordison and Hayfield’s Keegan Bronson. All three shot 41.  Kadyn Neubauer led USC with a score of 42, just one stroke behind the leaders.

 Girls Golf 
The Albert lea girls golf team played a tri at Wedgewood today against Winona and Faribault.  Albert placed 2nd with a score of 389, Winona 372, and Faribault 474.
Scoring for the Tigers were Alyssa Jensen, Whitney Mullenbach 96, Jessica Vogt 98, and Ashlyn Berven 100.
