KATE Radio talks to Iowa baseball coaches on their upcoming high school season

Next week, high school baseball returns to Iowa with the start of a shortened 2020 season through the month of June and July. With a two-week preseason and cut down regular season, KATE’s Nate Dickinson talked to the coaches of Northwood-Kensett and Lake Mills about the challenges of managing the condensed schedule. Jeff Ferstein’s Vikings and Chris Throne’s Bulldogs both start the season Monday, and they explained the goals for both squads returning a strong volume of talent.
