KATE talks to Top of Iowa Player of the Year Casey Hanson

While the Lake Mills Bulldogs sprinted their way to a Top of Iowa West conference title in the shortened summer baseball season, Casey Hanson rose above the rest. The junior hit .395, led the Bulldogs with 12 RBI and walked twice as many times as he struck out. On the mound, Hanson pitched a team-high 35 innings with a 0.80 ERA and 57 strikeouts to just 13 walks. Opposing batters hit just .153 against him.
