11:35 am.-A cell phone was taken from a car at 2308 Hendrickson Road.  Value of the phone was listed at $800.00

This morning at 5:54 a.m. Bernardeno Teran-Cortes cited for No Proof of Insurance and No Minnesota Driver’s License.
