Ingredients

  • 1 (3 pound) pork shoulder roast
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
    Directions
  1. Place pork roast in the bottom of a slow cooker.

  2. Mix water and taco seasoning together in a separate bowl and pour over pork; add green chiles.

  3. Cover and cook on Low until fork-tender, about 8 hours. Remove pork and shred with 2 forks.
