- 1 (3 pound) pork shoulder roast
- 1 cup water
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
Place pork roast in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Mix water and taco seasoning together in a separate bowl and pour over pork; add green chiles.
Cover and cook on Low until fork-tender, about 8 hours. Remove pork and shred with 2 forks.
