Ruth Carol (Ketchum) Ragan, 92, of Albert Lea, passed away on October 16th at St. John’s Lutheran Home in Albert Lea, MN. A Memorial Service will be held at the Assembly of God Church 1540 S. Shore Dr. at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 14th with Rev. Ryan Quigley presiding. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church.
