USC Boys Golf takes 1st
USC Boys Golf 1st at Riverside
The USC Rebel boys’ golf team participated in their fourth Gopher Conference meet on Monday, May 10, 2021, at Riverside Town & Country Golf Course on a pretty nice day…finally.
The low score for the day, and shared medalist honors, went to USC’s own Kadyn Neubauer, a freshman. Kadyn shot a 37, just one over par. Hayfield’s Keegan Bronson shared medalist honors with a duplicate score of 37.
Blake Bullerman, another USC freshman, had a strong round, as well. He shot 41 to finish in fourth place overall.
The team scores were very close, once again. The top 3 teams were within just 3 strokes of each other. This time, however, USC prevailed for the win.
The team scores are as follows:
1) United South Central 172
2) Blooming Prairie 174
3) Faribault BA 175
4) Maple River 186
5) NRHEG 202
6) Hayfield Incomplete
The USC individual scores are as follows:
Kadyn Neubauer 37
Blake Bullerman 41
Luke Pederson 47
Landan Magnuson 47
Nick Schindler 53
Levi Hinkley 55
With today’s victory, the USC’s record improves to 16-7 overall.
The next varsity meet will take place on Tuesday, May 11th, at Faribault Bethlehem Academy, starting at 4:30pm. The public is welcome to attend.
