Funeral services for Douglas Frank Jacobs, age 65, of Albert Lea, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 2019 at West Freeborn Lutheran Church. Rev. Steven Schwartz will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday (11/14) at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
