Peanut Butter Bread


1-1/3 cups milk

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated white sugar

4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and peanut butter until well blended and no peanut butter chunks remain.

Add in remaining ingredients and whisk until completely combined. The batter will be very thick, switch to stirring with a spatula or spoon if needed.

Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let bread cool completely before removing and slicing
