Ralph Duane Thiner, 83, of Mansfield, passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Home of Albert Lea, MN. A Funeral Service will be held at 11AM Friday, December 3, 2021 at Mansfield Lutheran Church with Rev. Don Rose presiding. Visitation will be from 5-7PM on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home and one hour prior to the services at the church.
