Tigers Fall to Packers in Football, Lake Mills advances in Volleyball and the rests of Wednesday’s scores

Tigers fall to 0-8, and are the number 6 seed in Section 1, 4A and will travel to 3rd seeded Winona on Tuesday for the Section Quarterfinals.  Winhawks are 3-5. Winona defeated Albert Lea 61-20 this season.  Game on KATE

Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton 46, AC/GE 0

Knights fall to 0-8, and are the number 8 seed in Section 2A, and will visit top seeded Mayer Lutheran, who is 7-1 on Tuesday in the Quarterfinals.  Mayer Lutheran beat Alden Conger Glenville Emmons this season 43-8

New Richland-H-E-G 42, Waterville-Elysian-Morristown 0

Panthers are 4-4 , and will be the number 5 seed, in Section 2, AA, and will be on the road at the 4th seed St. Clair/Loyola, who is 6-2, on Tuesday in the Quarterfinals.  St. Clair beat the Panthers this season 14-13

Lester Prairie 14 USC 6

Rebels wrap up the season 4-4, and will be the number 4 seed in Section 2A, and will host New Ulm Cathedral the 5th seed on Tuesday, the Greyhounds are also 4-4

In Volleyball

Class 2A Region 6 Quarterfinals, 

Lake Mills defeats Central Springs 3-0

(25-19, 25-10, 25-17) Bulldogs are now 33-4

Lake Mills will face Osage in the Region 6 Semifinals, in Osage on Monday starting at 7.  Osage is 26-9
